Never rent anything from this place I got a bike 8 hours late delivery, it had 6 puncture repairs in the rear tire bad brakes and bad brake fluid. One of the repairs in the tire flew out when I was driving.

Was nice to organise the rental online before arriving in Phuket. No problems at all having it dropped off and picked up, very easy. The bike was in good condition, and helmets we got looked pretty new and perfectly clean.

Have been in Thailand several times and just love the nature and climat. It suits my love to cruise around on the roads with a nice bike.
Hava had problems before to get a 300 cc scooter that suits my needs. Moterbike rentals Phuket have wot i needed and a nice website to book from erly on to secure the right bike for us, easy and cheap. Also great communication and service.
Really a nice service so i could enyoy the bike on the roads to the max and safe.
11 days rent The S-Max 300 was a great machine.

Anyone visiting Phuket around the Cherngtalay area, I highly recommend renting a motorbike from this shop. It’s super convenient as you can rent directly through their website without the hassle of calling. They have a variety of bike sizes to choose from, and the bikes are in excellent condition, almost like new. Plus, the prices are reasonable. If you rent for 3 days or more, they offer free delivery service. Returning the bike is also straightforward. I’ll definitely use their service again if I get the chance.

I rented a 350cc scooter from them for 21 days and tried to confirm all details in good time before I land to Phuket, also gave them my flight details, we had a deal they will deliver the bike to airport for me.
I also asked for a top box, because really need it, would be travelling a lot around, they promised i will have one.
So i contacted them when I landed…picked my lugagge…and then got answer that have to wait for 30min…it was about 50min (i think they forgot me)…they brought me smaller bike and told they will deliver the bike i ordered next day to my hotel in Rawaii…and so they did…but no top box.
I also asked them to please check all ok in the bike and the tires are ok, because i will be riding a lot. Well…back tyre was pretty close to done.
They gave me bs that top box broken and will get me one. Asked for it many time during my rental period…first they answered me in a day or two with explanations..then nothing about it anymore.
My wife (she is Thai) noticed that the bikes mandatory insurence was expired 6months ago…they didn’t know what it was until I asked them to ask from a Thai…they promised to take care of that…they never did…so the hole time the bike was not street legal.
I was visiting Phangnga and noticed that back tyre was getting to the end…contacted them, send a link where I am and told it have to be changed, also told them i can take care of it, if they pay for it. They sayed they will come, give me other bike and return me the bike after change…next thing they sayed can not do because i am outside Phuket and can i take care of it, they will pay, and so they did.

I asked for extra 5 rental days for the bike, that was ok.

2 days i tryed to ask where to return the bike until got the answer.
I did get a little discount when returning rhe bike (after I reminded they had promised me that).

Messaging with them very slow…many time took 1-2, even 3 days to get answer, even after i could see they have read the message (whatsapp).

Price for the bike was very reasonable, but because the reactions to problems, no ability to solve them, and response to messages taking days, and because they don’t read well what you message to them I will never use them again and can not recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience renting a motorbike from them in Phuket. The bike was in great condition, very well maintained, and perfect for exploring the island. Its the cheapest way there, as grab is unreasonably expensive. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear communication and friendly service. The team was very professional and we got quick responses from them. We did thorough research about renting a bike there and they were one of the few companies who didn't require our passport and had excellent rates along with a reasonable deposit. They drove all the way to chalong in the rain to deliver the bike to us. We'd recommend them to anybody going to phuket and would take a bike from them again when we're back in Phuket.

Great service… they are open 24 Hours and they delivered the bikes to our hotel. One of the bikes didn’t have a phone holder and they came early the next morning and installed one free of charge. Booking was easy and deposit refund was very fast.

Good service is provided as they deliver to your hotel, eliminating the hassle. Delivery charges are waived for certain kilometers, which is beneficial. The bikes are in top top good condition and you just need to request two helmets, which they will provide. Overall, I would say they offer trusted and good service. You can also conduct an inspection with them before receiving the bike; they are happy to go through each one and explain its functions. Be sure to do that and take some pictures. Overall, it's a good service that I will use again on my next trip to Phuket

These guys were super easy to deal with. We hired the Honda Forza 300cc. They delivered the scooter free of charge to one hotel and collected it from another. The scooter ran well and was mechanically sound. It also had a storage box which was very handy. The booking process was super easy all done online before we got there so no hassles. I guarantee they won't rip you off. Highly recommend.

I rented a Honda Click 160 Scooter. The bike was practically like new. Delivery to the hotel in just half an hour from the reservation, also pick-up at the hotel.
Return of the deposit without problem.
It is not necessary to provide a passport, only a photograph.
I would book again and recommend.

I rented a Honda Click 160 Scooter. The bike was practically like new. Delivery to the hotel in just half an hour from the reservation, also pick-up at the hotel.
Return of the deposit without problem.

Excellent scooter rental, we rented 2 scooters 1 nmax with a few km and gibbix equally ok. Prices in line with the average of the island. Excellent locations because it is close to the airport so you can save money by avoiding taking a taxi.

Honestly what a great experience. I didn’t even have to see the guys face to face. I ordered my motorcycle online on their website. They communicated with me via text message, the motorbike was dropped off at my hotel and the keys left for me at reception. After the rental I left the keys back with reception at the hotel and the motorbike was collected. A fantastic service and straight forward rental process from start to finish. Highly recommend

Pick up and communication were very easy, practical and spontaneous. It also worked very well and contact with the landlord was nice. Everything went well with the moped itself.
When we dropped it off, a time was agreed upon in advance and we were informed again 30 minutes before arrival that we were leaving. When we were there, the landlord couldn't be reached, after a long wait (over 20 minutes), we wrote and called, then we left the moped and drove away (because we had to go to the airport). So far (over 1 day later) there has been no reaction, answer or explanation from the landlord. We didn't get our deposit back either...

I liked the rental. I rented a Forza 300cc for a month. Cool bike. I drove 1800 km on it. At first it seemed a little heavy, plus my height is 160. But then I just fell in love with it.
The price was cheaper than in other places. They take a passport photo and 2000 baht as a deposit.
I recommended the rental to other tourists and will use it again next time.

100% recommendable: Immediate availability, they take the motorcycle/scooter to the hotel and pick it up. In our case, it took only half an hour from the reservation to taking the scooter! It was fantastic because we were able to take advantage of the entire day.
Brice is super friendly and available in everything, he has been very helpful. The bikes run well and don't have many miles on them.
We would definitely rent with them again.

These guys are amazing. Full trust without keeping your passport hostage. Have good machines available, the Yamaha R3 was an almost new bike, well maintained, with an exhaust on it to make sure you make lots of noise. Had so much fun renting the bike, best way to explore Thailand. Drop off and pickup right to my hotel door. Can’t beat this one, highly recommend.

Have already booked the scooter from Germany. What we really liked about this rental: they bring you the scooter to where you need it. You can return it somewhere else. You pick him up there. Everything was always extremely punctual and uncomplicated. The scooter was brand new and in excellent condition. 2 had a Yamaha Grand Fileo. All gradients and requirements well mastered. We also got 2 helmets in new condition and with visor. A cool thing when it rains. Any time. Price was great too.
